Quality and Sustainability

Quality and sustainability are essential factors for a product.  Quality is reflected in its performance, efficiency, durability, and reliability; while sustainability is demonstrated through energy efficiency, but also involves emissions during the manufacturing process and during use, as well as the responsible disposal of the product.

Rinnai Brazil is dedicated to maintaining high quality standards for its products at all levels. The company is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, supported by its Integrated Quality and Environment Policy, which highlights its concern for the health of the planet and its efforts to protect and improve the environment.

Quality in products, customer service, and care for our network of reseller and installer partners—through continuous monitoring and training—is reflected in a low dissatisfaction rate, as shown by data related to gas water heaters, Rinnai’s flagship product in Brazil:

Rinnai products are designed to provide COMFORT, SAVINGS, and SAFETY for people. This should be reflected throughout the product’s entire life cycle, including its end of life, by being disposed of properly and responsibly through the REVERSE LOGISTICS program.
